Lab Director for Biolab Irbid

I received my B.Sc. in medical technology from Yarmouk University in 1988. I began my career shortly thereafter by joining the Ministry of Health as a supervisor in the field of microbiology and immunology. During my tenure at the ministry, which lasted almost 25 years, I managed to significantly broaden my skills and expertise in several fields, including immunology, microbiology, hematology and diagnostics.

Given my continued desire to further my skills, I pursued an M.Sc. degree in Medical Science from the Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST), graduating in 2007 and accepting a position as a clinical lecturer in the university. In 2009, I accepted a position at Princess Basma Hospital as the Technical Director of Out Patient Clinics, in addition to working as a part time lecturer at the ministry-affiliated Nusaiba Al Mazenieh Nursing School in Irbid. During this time, I also maintained my position at the ministry until joining Biolab in 2014.

 By joining the team of directors at Biolab, I am hoping to leverage on the knowledge I have amassed over the years in order to help achieve Biolab’s long-term objective of elevating the standards of healthcare in the Kingdom.
